Monicare Backup Site

This is the Monicare backup site, which is available for temporary use when the main server or website is unavailable.

Temporary Service Notice
If you are unable to access the main Monicare website, please use your organization's backup site address below. The backup site is intended to help you continue your work during temporary server downtime.

How to Access Your Backup Site

Add your site name after the backup domain:

https://backup.monisofthq.com/yoursitename

Example:
If your site name is monicare.com, access it using:
https://backup.monisofthq.com/monicare

Instructions

  1. Check whether your main website is currently unavailable.
  2. Open the backup site URL in your browser.
  3. Replace yoursitename with your actual site name. For Example, If your site address is orange.com and your backup link will be backup.monisofthq.com/orange
  4. Log in using your usual account credentials.
  5. Continue your work using the backup system until the main server is restored.
Important:
Please use the backup site only when the main server is temporarily unavailable. Once the main system is restored, please return to the normal Monicare website.
